T R I C K – or – T R E A T!!!  Stop by the Dojhang Porch on Halloween between 4-6pm – Master Wilson will be there to greet you with treats, the greatest of which is our NOVEMBER 2024 CHALLENGE created JUST for you!  It’s a fun way to challenge yourself to get strong and get to know REAL Discipline (remember that? We just wrote some great essays on that topic – see some of them here 😉 )  Its easy: we will challenge together November 1 through 30 to easily incorporate healthy habits that we can keep or embellish with our own goals!  BUT……the first ones to get the challenge will be the ones who come over for Trick-or-Treat on Halloween. PLUS…….we want to see your Creative Costumes!!!  Happy Halloween!
