Learn and expand on your martial arts weaponry skills.  4-consecutive days of training is ideal for beginner weaponry students, which will give you a definite skill set to energize and enrich your martial arts practice. More experienced students will expand their knowledge and sequences through GrandMaster Yu’s original programming and choreography.

GrandMaster Yu will meet you where you are to solidify skills from previous workshops, as well as introduce the etiquette, form and beauty of the twinsticks and nunchauka.  We practice with durable foam sticks and chucks, available upon registration.  Registration for this workshop is available to current students only, blue belt and above, subject to instructor approval.
