NinjaLove and NinjaPower are in the air this week as we get set for our day of Camps and Special Training on Monday, February 16th.
Welcome the Year of the Ram, a year of Peace, Quiet Strength and Prosperity!
Children ages 5-12 will enjoy an afternoon of Martial Arts creative movement, visual arts, language arts, and culture. Master Yu Ninja Camps offer martial arts conditioning and foundation building, focusing on muscle activation for skill success, and create practical mind/body connections through traditional martial arts games, imagery using animals & nature (the true inspiration of all martial arts moves!) All Materials Included! Bring: Your Tiger Mind, A Box Lunch and Your signed registration form.
Our visual arts project for this camp embraces the seasonal celebration of the coming of the Light, as the lunar cycle moves into springtime. Lifting a lit Lantern symbolizes our dreams, hopes and wishes, lighting the sky, and lifting our thoughts to higher possibilities! Using group discussions, interactions with ninja friends, and movement in camp, children use their imagination to design and paint their own lantern.
