Martial arts conditioning and technical training to launch your kicks, expertly developed and taught by Sr. GrandMaster Yu.  Registered students BlueBelt and above are invited and encouraged to seize the opportunity for this occasional special training opportunity.  Many students love the concept of executing the beautiful flying kicks depicted on the walls of our dojhang, and it is all within your grasp!
